I have been photographing people and events since I was 13 years old.
Upon my High School graduation I attended the New England School of Photography in Boston's Kenmore Square. I graduated from the Professional Program in 1991. Having worked in most aspects of photography, it has enabled me to become well rounded on all the levels that the photography industry calls upon me.
I began shooting weddings in early 1997 and it has evolved to be my specialty.
Growing up first generation Italian Catholic, weddings were very familiar to me. Being at an event with hundreds of people was a comfortable space for me.
In my most recent years, I have been lucky to have found a small fantastic crew of professional photographers that work with me and photograph events for me, as well as assistants and studio assistants.
We meet often as a group for workshops, critiques and open discussion on new ideas, products lines and how to better the studio, the client experience and most importantly create images that will remain in your heart and minds eye for years to come.
Weddings are such special events representing one of the greatest moments and all of the greatest people in your life.
It is important to preserve the images of generations, friendships and many other memorable events in time that day will mark. You may relish in the memory of your newborn niece or nephew being a guest. You will smile at the sight of your best friend's very pregnant belly. Or, admire the love and bond your grandparents share during an anniversary dance.
To be present at such a magical place in time and have my images bring such joy to the ones who view and share them has been very fulfilling for me. It also reaches so many other special moments beyond that day. My brides are then expecting mothers, then new mothers and a family that would like their first Christmas card portrait.
I consider myself very lucky to love what I do and make people happy while I'm doing it.
I choose to shoot only a limited number of weddings each year. This manner of booking helps me maintain a fresh perspective and energetic attitude for each of my clients.
My goal for your wedding and all my sessions is to make sure you are relaxed, having fun and enjoying the moment you are in.
